When the call came to build a sports sedan that was competitive with the best in the world, Chrysler management recognized that its processes had to change. Thus, the job of building and perfecting a team approach became top priority. The team concept meant bringing together product planners, stylists, manufacturers, finance and marketing people, all working together for the common goal. This move resulted in spedding up the process of design and development of the new LH cars.
