Plier-like Denhart's-type nickel-plated steel mouth gag has leaf spring and saw-tooth ratchet closure with thumb-release; jaws terminate in lead-lined concave tooth cups. Seven different sizes of gold plated metal laryngeal tubes each have a jointed nickel-plated steel obturator on a long thin shaft; triangular plate holds laryngeal tubes in case with attached thumbscrew. Nickel-plated steel tube introducer has hollow nickel-plated brass handle with finger rest and accommodates laryngeal tube obturators; sliding shaft terminates in two-pronged spring distal tip.
