The first part of this work aims at showing an adiabatical theorem for quasi stationary or spectrally concentrated states; we, therefore, look at a time-dependent approach of the Balslev-Combes theory which leads to a non-autonomous, non-self-adjoint equation, providing a link between the Schrodinger and the heat equation. After having studied the properties of the semi-groups related to the autonomous case, a task which is performed with the aid of the Dunford calculus for operators, we prove a perturbative adiabatical theorem for "resonant states" the physical character of which is emphasized. The second part of the work gives a new proof of another generalization of the adiabatical theorem in quantum mechanics
