Copy is complete (except folios 1 and 88-blank). Many leaves are damaged and partly missing. Leaves are mounted in paper frames. Fol. 2 was misbound. Decorations include three winged figures, two holding twigs and one holding a spear with a background of foliate and flower designs. Also an empty round medalion in the shape of a wreath of flowers. Opening words in large hollow type, each letter set within a separate panel with foliate background. Other decorations done by hand include a drawing of a menorah and a sketched map of the Holy Land. One watermark: a hat with ribbons. Handwritten notes. (See Iakerson 32 for more detail)
