"The Mortzestus was rumored to be haunted and sure enough, after two weeks out of port the rigging went slack, a ghostly form arose from the sea, and a dense mist descended around the ship. The desperate crew's chilling fate is recounted in this compulsive page-turner by a master of seafaring yarns"--
The boats of the "Glen Carrig" : being an account of their adventures in the strange places of the Earth, after the foundering of the good ship Glen Carrig through striking upon a hidden rock in the unknown seas to the southward, as told by John Winterstraw, gent., to his son James Winterstraw, in the year 1757, and by him committed very properly and legibly to manuscript by William Hope Hodgson( Book )

2 editions published in 2002 in Spanish and held by 5 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

The lifeboats of the sunken 'Glen Carrig' are lost in a strange sea. The survivors make landings on two strange islands, both of which seem to have been plucked from the drearier portions of Dante's Inferno. The sailors have to fight storms and monsters, but the main enemies seem to be the dismal islands themselves

2 editions published in 2012 in Spanish and held by 5 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

2 editions published in 1978 in Spanish and held by 4 WorldCat member libraries worldwide
