Series I consists of published scores from Ehrling's library of orchestral music, music for chorus and orchestra, chamber music and operas, all of which are annotated in his hand. Most are study scores, with some full size editions included. Annotations include lists of cities where Ehrling conducted performances with corresponding dates and occasionally the names of performing organizations and soloists, lists of comparative timings of various performances, interpretive markings on the music, and translation of opera words into Swedish. Some scores include autograph inscriptions by their respective composers. Series II comprises a small amount of correspondence addressed to Ehrling, and photocopies of pages from the scores of Series I upon which he had inscribed performance historyThu Oct 16 15:06:46 EDT 2014batch34157
