The 1st part is an arrangement by Howard Carr for the basic production; the 2nd part is an arrangement of additional numbers by Frank Saddler. There is also a ms. full score for the number "A little bit of dinner" by W.T. Francis. Three of the vocal scores are various versions published by Francis, Day & Hunter (London, 1904). The 4th is a publication of Jos. Stern (New York, 1905). One vocal score is ms., for the song "Cinderella, you have won" by W.T. Francis and Chas. Taylor. Orchestra parts are ms. and are grouped by number rather than by instrument. Many additional composers and lyricists are represented by this collection, including Jerome Kern and W.T. Francis
