The films are drawn from the collection assembled by Raymond Rohauer, one of the nation's foremost proponents of experimental cinema, founder of the Hollywood Film Society, and longtime programmer at the Coronet Theatre in Los Angeles. Rohauer helped preserve and promote avant-garde cinema, and these films from his personal archive are some of the most influential and eclectic short films made during the 20th Century.
