The Robert Browning manuscript material in the Pforzheimer Collection consists of his writings and correspondence. The writings include one holograph verse play (Colombe's Birthday), some autograph corrections of printed proof sheets (La Saisiaz and Jocoseria), and one holograph sonnet, "Tutti ga I so gusti e mi go I mii." The bulk of the correspondence is dated between 1876 and 1887 and discusses both his professional and personal life, and his Shelley related interests.
