Transcription of a manuscript in the National Library of Paris designated Esp. 291, together with critical discussions by the editor. According to the introduction this manuscript includes five Catalan texts presented under four different titles. The first three texts (two titles) are presented as a translation of Palladius' De re rustica, but the first text is a translation of a version by Gottfried of Franconia, and the second and third texts are by unknown authors. The fourth text (third title) is a translation of Ibn Wafid's Majmu' fi l-filaha. The fifth text (fourth title) is a translation of Avenzoar's Kitāb Al-Agdiya
