The research work here submitted (1981-1995) deals with two main topics : one is the connection between the development of modern optics during the XVIIth century (notably Kepler's optics) and Descartes' philosophy of knowledge ; the other is the formation of the philosophical interpretation of quantum mechanics at the beginning of the XXth century (notably Bohr, Heisenberg and Pauli). The unity behind these two topics comes from Husserl's query as formulated in the crisis of European sciences: why is it the case that modern philosophy raised the issue of knowledge under the form of "objectivist rationalism", and why is such an orientation basically questionable ? To Husserl, there is a link between this state of affairs and the fact that Descartes equated the world of bodies with the "Galilean world" - to which Husserl opposes, though in a rather elliptic way, the transformation of physics in the XXth century. The central thesis that is defended here is that, for similar reasons, the most prominent founders of quantum theory - Bohr, Heisenberg and Pauli - oriented their own interpretation towards a radical critique of the foundations of modern philosophy. In contemporary philosophy of science, this interpretation is known as the "Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics", and it is still much discussed nowadays in the context of foundational research. However, Bohr's, Heisenberg's and Pauli's positions have generally been viewed with
