He holds a detachable golf club in his right hand, while by his left foot lies a golf ball, items referring to his opinion in PGA Tours v. Martin, 532 U.S. 661 (2001). He stands affixed to a videotape player dated 8/17/96, a reference to his majority opinion on the death penalty for the mentally handicapped, significant evidence for which came from a videotape of a related crime.
