Reflections by Marion Hänsel: Ever since I began to walk, I've walked looking up, contemplating the clouds. This has never left me bored. Day after day, "the biggest screen in the world" presents a fascinating spectacle, ever changing and endless. What is unfolding above me, or below me when I'm flying, touches me deeply. An entire array of sensations corresponds to my mood, the moment, the intensity of the light. At times I feel contentment, joy, euphoria, and sometimes melancholia, solitude, serenity or even fear, suffocation, helplessness and anger. Most of the time I just feel the simple happiness of being alive, in a moment in time, a part of a totality where up and down doesn't exist. I'm surrounded by something infinitely light, I'm floating and feel part of the universe. These states of mind, provoked by the clouds, the desire to live, to create - must be universal; I'm sure

The first performer, David Gilden, plays several unidentified West African folk tunes and arrangements of "Scotland the brave" and Bach's "Jesu, joy of man's desiring" on the hora. The second performers, Michael and Paul Galasso, play violin solos and violin and cello duets from their album "Scenes" (one of selections is from Robert Wilson's "$ value of man"), two pieces from theatrical plays: "Quarantine" (from the play "Quarantine"); "John Wayne no. 1-2" (from the play "Echo ranch") and a live premiere of an unidentified work for solo violin. On CD 3, the third performers, David Hykes and The Harmonic Choir, perform selections of overtone choral works from their albums "Harmonic meetings" and "Hearing solar winds".
