Winchester has one of the darkest and most fascinating histories on record - more than 2,000 years of death, disease, and destruction. Containing dozens of true stories, including the tale of William Walker, the diver who spent five years in pitch-black water under the cathedral, you'll never see the city in the same way again

A graph-based approach to resolution in temporal logic by Clare Dixon( Book )
1 edition published in 1993 in English and held by 2 WorldCat member libraries worldwide
Abstract: "An approach to the mechanisation of temporal logics, based on a form of clausal resolution has been developed [Fis91, Fis93]. Temporal formulae incorporating both past-time and future-time temporal operators are converted into Separated Normal Form, and then both non- temporal and temporal resolution rules are applied. The temporal resolution rule attempts to match conditions which must be eventually satisfied with sets of formulae which together imply that the condition will never be satisfied. In this dissertation the sets of formulae which are used in the application of the temporal resolution rule are identified using graph theoretic techniques

Towards the formal verification of human-agent-robot teamwork by Richard Stocker( )
1 edition published in 2013 in English and held by 1 WorldCat member library worldwide
The formal analysis of computational processes is by now a well-established field. However, in practical scenarios, the problem of how we can formally verify interactions with humans still remains. This thesis is concerned with addressing this problem through the use of the Brahms language. Our overall goal is to provide formal verification techniques for human-agent teamwork, particularly astronaut-robot teamwork on future space missions and human-robot interactions in health-care scenarios modelled in Brahms
