Using stills and early film, the first part of the video traces the history of the Theosophical Society up to the 1920's, and the interest of Annie Besant in the boy Krishnamurti. Shows scenes of the Star Order campfire meetings in the Netherlands, the many conventions and lectures, Krishnamurti's travels, culminating in the death of his brother and Krishnamurti's changed presentation. The second part of the video shows Krishnamurti lecturing, giving interviews, and teaching at the several schools being run according to his philosophies. The third part of the video presents Krishnamurti's talk, given at the United Nations, about world peace beyond this organisation's 40th anniversary
