III by Take That (Musical group)( Recording )

8 editions published in 2014 in 3 languages and held by 66 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen - otherwise known under the mega-star moniker of Take That - have announced that the group's seventh studio album, 'III'. This is the first time Take That have written and recorded as a three and with that new dynamic has come a new sound; this time around choosing an eclectic mix of producers to help them work on the album: Greg Kurstin, John Shanks, Stuart Price and Jeff Lynne. 'III' features new single 'These Days', a nod to the sound that defined their early years, an out-and-out feel good pop smash that isn't like anything they've produced since the 2006 reunion. This song shows just one element from the new album, which incorporates a mix of styles and sounds influenced by their last three LPs

Everything changes by Take That (Musical group)( Recording )

21 editions published between 1993 and 2006 in 3 languages and held by 26 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

Although the group went largely unnoticed in the United States, the British boy band Take That became a pop phenomenon in the U.K. during the early 1990s, pre-dating the Stateside success of the Backstreet Boys and N Sync by years. While this '93 album, the ensemble's sophomore outing, showcases the pop-savvy songwriting of band member Gary Barlow and the smooth vocal harmonies of the entire quintet, it reveals only a little of the charm of future solo superstar Robbie Williams, who largely gets lost in the shuffle (no doubt a reason for his '95 departure). Highlights of the disc include the propulsive title track, the soaring "Pray," and the disco-tinged "Relight My Fire," along with the wistful R&B-leaning ballad "Why Can't I Wake Up with You?" Representing the height of the act's success, EVERYTHING CHANGES is unnecessary for Williams fans, but recommended for aficionados of Barlow's solo career and absolutely essential for Take That fans

The three musketeers original soundtrack by Paul Haslinger( Recording )

1 edition published in 2011 in English and held by 18 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

Director Paul W. S Anderson (Resident Evil, Death Race) was wise to snag composer Paul Haslinger for his explosive, popcorn-hurling take on Alexandre Dumas' Three Musketeers, as the ex-Tangerine Dream member seems more than up to the task of keeping up with his partner in crime's kinetic pace. Similar in style to Hanz Zimmer's playful and boisterous work on Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes reboot, Haslinger trades the regality and pomp of the past, in this case, 17th century France, for the propulsive cacophony of a Michael Bay film, blending explosive, electro-percussion and classical action cues with comical harpsichord runs, resulting in a listening experience that works wonderfully when taken in short bursts, and with more than a few grains of salt
