Largometraje sobre Enrique Morente y la impresionante producción musical realizada sobre textos de Pablo Picasso y cantes flamencos más tradicionales. Este es el último trabajo en la vida de Enrique Morente, por lo que se ha constituido como su legado musical y de su pensamiento. A lo largo de la película el propio Enrique Morente habla sobre su vida, el flamenco, la familia, la genialidad de Picasso, su historia de amistad con el barbero Eugenio Arias. Interpreta canciones de palos tradicionales del flamenco, mezclados con fusiones y otras músicas. Canta por primera y última vez con toda su familia en los Baños árabes de Granada. Se incluye la última canción cantada en su vida, El ángel caído (de Antonio Vega), junto al pianista de jazz Federico Lechner. Se han grabado los conciertos en el castillo de Buitrago del Lozoya, pueblo del barbero de Picasso, y en el Liceo de Barcelona (el que para algunos expertos fue uno de los mejores conciertos de su vida)
