Thirteen drawings, some attributable to John Sanderson and some to Matthew Brettingham, both of whom are known to have prepared designs for this family's properties. A watercolored room plan with elevations for the four walls is almost certainly by Sanderson, who altered Langley Hall in the 1780's. A plan of Tottenham is dated 1762. Plans and elevations for stables in the Palladian style and for a building with a conical roof supported on fourteen columns
