3 editions published in 2010 in Dutch and held by 15 libraries worldwide Summary: Adrianus Eversen was a pupil of Cornelis de Kruyff (1771-1854) in the years prior to 1840, and of H.G. ten Cate (1803-1856) in or around 1840. After that year, Eversen began his studies with Cornelis Springer (1817-1891), according to family sources, ultimately sharing a studio with him. Eversen's works hang in numerous museums, both in the Netherlands and abroad, including the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the National Gallery of Art, Washington D.C., the Cheltenham Art Gallery and Museum, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (UK) and the Crocker Art Museum, Sacramento, California. In the Netherlands, works of Eversen's can be found at the National Print Collection of the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam, the Amsterdam Historical Museum, the Amsterdam Municipal Archives, the Groninger Museum, the Rijksmuseum Zuiderzeemuseum, Enkhuizen, the Rijksmuseum Twenthe, Enschede, the Taxation and Customs Museum, Rotterdam and other national institutions.
