Tumbleweeds: With the Cherokee Strip to be opened up to settlers as part of the Oklahoma land rush, a ranch hand helps his employer move his ranch out of the territory. Meeting up with a kind young woman and her family, who are waiting for the rush to begin, he falls in love with her and decides to try and make a claim on his boss's former ranch. When he heads back to check for strays on the ranch, he is accused of being a Sooner and is thrown in jail.
