Und die Energie dieser Geigerin sorgt für sinfonische Spannweite, mitunter mehr als das Orchester. Auch Busonis Kadenz erweitert den Horizont, führt in eine kühle Weite über dem Paukengrollen. Wo andere Musiker den Sonnenschein des Abgesangs genießen, hört man hier die Angst vorm Zerbrechen. So behutsam werden von Solistin und Orchester die weiten Bögen zusammengefügt, als könnten sie anders nicht vorm Einsturz bewahrt werden.
