These files document the architect's activities when he was an associate at Affleck, Desbarats, Dimakopoulos, Lebensold, Sise, Architects (1958-1970) and a principal at ARCOP Associates (1970-1989). The files contain mainly professional correspondence relating to Affleck's architectural practice, e.g. personal contracts, offers of service, documentation pertaining to committees, organizations and professional associations, and internal memos and legal agreements from his partnerships. The archives also contain a significant group of files documenting Affleck's involvement in teaching, his participation in a variety of seminars, symposia and colloquia, and the numerous articles, lectures, and reflections he was commissioned to write.
