Walnut tall-case clock. The hood has a molded sarcophagus top, three turned wooden ball-and-spire finials, fretwork, a molded arch above the door, turned colonettes at the four corners, and a glazed door with an astragal top. Waist with molding at the top and a molded case door with an astragal top and a peephole. Bottom section with molding at the top, supported on a molded base. Composite brass dial with applied chapter ring, roman hour numerals and arabic minute numerals, applied cast ornament in the spandrels, and name boss with arched cutout in the lunette. Name boss engraved "Anth Ward FECIT." Inside the chapter ring are an applied seconds dial, engraved foliate ornament, and a calendar aperture. Eight day movement
