This collection contains correspondence, financial and legal records, drawings, and photographic material between A.J. Armstrong, Armstrong Browning Library and Charles J. Connick Studios (later Charles J. Connick Associates),the firm that designed several of the Library's stained glass windows, and dates from 1924 through 1964. Correspondence with the donors of the windows for the Entrance Foyer, Main Floor Alcoves, Treasure Room, Research Hall, and other floors give information about the donor/s of each window, the name of the window, and the memorial inscription of each window. Materials are handwritten and typed. This collection is in poor condition. Many papers are acidic and torn. Documents on extremely acidic paper have been photocopied on archival quality paper
