Base Management Engineering Data Systems (BMEDS) ( Book )
1 edition published in 1980 in English and held by 1 WorldCat member library worldwide
The Base Management Engineering Data System is an automated system for collecting and summarizing management engineering data. Its purpose is to relieve management engineering personnel from the burden of performing manual summarizations and computations in order that they may devote more time to the analysis and decision-making aspects of a work measurement study. BMEDS is organized into three subsystems: Work Center Description (WORDS), Data Collection (DACS), and Lead Team Analysis (LTAS). (Author)
CDTS: Computer Directed Training System (1983 Version) ( Book )
1 edition published in 1983 in English and held by 1 WorldCat member library worldwide
H6000 Disk Analysis (DIANA) System ( Book )
1 edition published in 1981 in English and held by 1 WorldCat member library worldwide
The DIANA system was developed for use by the data processing installations disk manager. It is a tool for evaluating and improving the effectiveness and control of the users mass storage resource on Honeywell 6000 systems. DIANA collects and provides reports on removable spindle activity used to identify spindle contention and pack usage. Also, DIANA collects static type information on location, size, and number of allocations for disk files. The generated reports will help the disk manager to determine proper placement of files. Honeywell H6000 Utility Software System ( Book )
1 edition published in 1980 in English and held by 1 WorldCat member library worldwide
System consists of a composite of many different types of basic (non-functional) software required in supported of H6000 functional automated data systems. This software includes utility and general purpose programs/subroutines which perform specific functions common to many users. Code conversion, data compaction, and tape file input/output are a few of the functions performed by the system. (Author)
H6000 Disk Analysis (DIANA) System: Q038/ER. Volume I. Computer Operation Manual. Volume II. User's Manual ( Book )
1 edition published in 1980 in English and held by 1 WorldCat member library worldwide

This manual provides the H6000 DPI operations personnel with the information to operate the DIANA system. The DIANA system may be executed through either batch input from cards or time-sharing terminals
Selective Inquiry System (SIS). Operation Manual and Users Manual ( Book )
1 edition published in 1978 in English and held by 1 WorldCat member library worldwide
The Selective Inquiry System (SIS) is a generalized retrieval system designed for the reporting of data from single or multiple files in a batch environment. Input files may be sequential or indexed sequential. Data can be sorted on up to 20 keys prior to producing the report. A subsystem, TRS, is available for use through the facilities of the timesharing executive of the operating system. This manual establishes procedures for utilization of the Selective Inquiry System (SIS) and the Timesharing Retrieval Subsystem (TRS) on the H6000 computer. It applies to all functional user personnel who have a requirement for batch and/or online retrievals from data bases resident on the H6000 computer. The information in this manual is used in conjunction with the Computer Directed Training System (CDTS) course designed to teach the use of SIS
H6000 Tape Library and Workload Management System: Volume 1. Computer Operation Manual and Implementation Procedures ( Book )
1 edition published in 1980 in English and held by 1 WorldCat member library worldwide
The purpose of the H6000 Tape Library and Workload Management System is to provide support to a data processing installation's tape library and workload management functions. The tape library portion of the system provides the host site librarian the tools to manage large magnetic tape libraries through automatic on-line and/or batch update to the library's data base. Library data base reports and retrievals are also possible. The workload management portion of the system monitors the scheduling of recurring batch processing. The objective of this Computer Operation Manual for H6000 Tape Library and Workload Management System: Q105/QD is to provide computer control and computer operator personnel with a detailed operational description of the system and its associated environment with which they will be concerned during the performance of their duties
