V preteklem triletnem obdobju smo razvili programske rešitve za tri najbolj uporabljane metode (MKE-metoda končnih elementov, MRE-metoda robnih elementov in HM-hibridna metoda), za projektiranje elektromagnetnih naprav. Zaradi raznolikosti in specifičnosti pri projektiranju teh naprav, smo uporabili tri različne variante skalarnih potencialov za izračun elektromagnetnega polja. Pri razvoju numeričnih metod za izračun sil in navorov smo izhajali iz treh osnovnih metod in sicer iz metode Maxwellovih napetosti, metode virtualnega dela in metode magnetilnih tokov. Vse temeljijo na numeričnih rešitvah magnetnih razmer. Zaradi povečanja točnosti izračuna in boljše prilagodljivosti metodam za izračun magnetnega polja ter neobčutljivosti na postavljene parametre uporabnika je na osnovnih metodah narejenih več modifikacij. Vse razvite metode so verificirane z meritvami na realnih modelih. Za analizo in sintezo elektromehanskih pretvornikov so bili razviti novi dinamični modeli nekaterih izmeničnih elektromehanskih pretvornikov. Posebna pozornost je bila namenjena določitvi parametrov omenjenih modelov. Razviti so bili nekateri novi koncepti vodenja izmeničnih strojev

V okviru projekta je bila opravljena raziskava mehansko direktno povezanih servopogonov z izmeničnimi rotacijskimi ali linearnimi motorji, Pri analizi servopogona z linearnim izmeničnim motorjem (LASM) je bil dan poudarek izpeljavi njegovega dinamičnega modela, ki je osnova za načrtovanje strukture vodenja. Na osnovi teorije elektromagnetnega polja in Lagragevega postopka je izpeljan nelinearen multivariabilen dinamični model LASM s koncentriranimi parametri v naravnih koordinatah, ki je za potrebe vodenja transformiran v koordinate sekundarnega polja. Uporabljena struktura vodenja, ki temelji na vhodno-izhodni linearizaciji modela motorja, zagotavlja razklopljeno vodenje magnetenja in sile motorja, kar omogoča dobro dinamiko pri sledenju referenčni trajektoriji pozicije kot pri odpravljanju motnje. Raziskave na področju servopogonov z rotacijskim izmeničnim motorjem (ASM) so bile osredotočene na področje meritev in ocenjevanja parametrov dinamičnega modela ASM, še prav posebej parametra rotorske časovne konstante ter analize robustnosti uporabljenih nelinearnih principov vodenja, ki so realizirani z visokozmožno arhitekturo digitalnih signalnih procesorjev in transputerjev. Ti s svojo veliko računsko močjo tudi omogočajo aplikacije vodenja servopogonov brez uporabe merilnikov mehanskih veličin in v ta namen je bila opravljena tudi študija raazličnih algoritmov ocenjevanja mehanskih veličin

The description of the Epstein frame and the method for magnetic measurement of electric steel sheets is given. The measurement of magnetic strips on the single sheet tester and the Epstein frame has been made. The effective magnetic path length of magnetic circuit have been determined due to result of measurement on the Epstein frame for this grade of material. The results have been compared with results from Physikalish Technische Bundesanstalt Brauschweig on the same magnetic strips

Three dimensional transient eddy current calculation will be shown in the paper. The finite element method is used. The calculation is based on the use of the magnetic vector potential A and electric scalar potential V in the conducting area and magnetic vector potential A in the nonconducting area (A, V-A formulation). The Coulomb Gauge is used to ensure the uniqueness of the magnetic vector potential. Modified electric scalar potential is used to ensure the symmetry of the system matrix. Program for the calculation is tested on several applications. The achieved results are compared with results, which are obtained on simple testing examples by other authors

The design and optimization of electromagnetic devices require an exact solution of the electromagnetic field. This could be reached only by using numerical discrete methods (Finite element method, Boundary element method, Hybrid method ...). The preparation of the data necessary for the discretization of the treated area represents a difficult problem in all methods. The optimal solution is automatic data generation. A special problem is the generation of data for the optimization problems where we want to optimize the geometry of a certain devices. It is advantageous if the modifications of the geometry are described with the minimum of additional data. The paper presents a simple parametric definition of the geometry for optimization purposes. Design of electromagnetic devices often requites the knowlegde of the effects of time-varying eletromagnetic fields. Important topics are eddy-current losses and the distribution of current in the conductor - skin effect. With the development of digital computers problem of time-varying fields can easily be solved by different numerical methods. In the thesis the Finite element method is used. The thesis includes different formulations for the calculation of the time-varying fields by using vector and scalar potentials. The potential field equations derived in this way are solved by the Finite element method. The thesis is limited to two-dimensional problems and to the development of the program solutions for their solving by the Finite element method. The programs were tested on some examples from literature by compering the results

V okviru projekta razvite programske rešitve omogočajo enostavnejšo, zanesljivejšo in bolj optimalno projektiranje najrazličnejših elektromegnetnihnaprav. Pri tem so odpravljene nekatere omejitve prejšnjih rešitev, hkrati pa se je razširilo področje uporabe programskih rešitev. Mogoče je upoštevati vrtinčne tokove, vplive krožnega efekta v vodnikih dodatnih izgub in računanje integralnih veličin polja. Mogoče je tudiboljše vrednotenje magnetnih razmer in dogajanj v materialih, ko se ti nahajajo v časovno spremenljivih magnetnih poljih. Rezultat našega dela so tudi novi nelinearni dinamični modeli, ki lakho uspešno nadomeščajo fizični sistem, novi sistemi vodenja in nove eksperimentalne metode določanja parametrov. Z uporabo navedenih metod je mogoče izboljšati dinamiko in zmanjšati izgube
