Utilitarian brick and weatherboard outbuilding to J. Wright's 'Springfield' (demolished) but formerly in Balaclava Road, St Kilda in the vicinity of current Springfield Avenue. Outbuilding consists of box room, wash house, fuel store, two water closets, aviary and workshop. Drawing shows a plan, front elevation, end elevation, and section. The drawing is undated but Sands and McDougall directories show Wright in occupation of the property from about 1913 to c1918 when it was demolished. 'Springfield' was a pre 1855 house probably originally built for the prominent pioneer Melbourne iron foundry owner Thomas Fulton who lived at 'Springfield' at the time of his death in 1859

The drawing of 'Clinton', shows a Federation style single storey house, of red brick with rough cast dressings and half-timbered gable ends. It has a timber verandah and terra cotta tiled roof. The house exhibits diagonal planning with corner entrance hall which is a typical characteristic of the Federation style

Perspective drawing of Harry Rickard's New Opera House, a red brick building with horizontal bands of white stone and arabesque details such as horse shoe arches and blue tiles. There are three narrow balconies on the facade with decorative iron balustrades. A significant feature is the sphere with a flag pole placed on a raised central section of the roof. The Australian flag is flying. Of special interest is the elaborate cast iron verandah with a series of six semi circular arches with gas lamps hanging at the side of each arch and a crescent shaped decoration at the centre of each arch

The drawing is of no. 48 Berry Street named 'Casa de Santiago' in the pediment. It is a two storey Victorian terrace house with pedimented parapet and cast iron verandah & balcony. There are ground and first floor plans, sections, front elevation and elevation of lattice. The house has a large pair of internal doors which slide into cavities between the parlor and the dining room and a cellar beneath the dining room. The scullery has a sink and a copper, with a plate drip over the sink and an adjoining plate rack. The bathroon on the upper floor has a shower over the bath. There is an outhouse with an earth closet in the backyard
