Abstract:
Drama student Eve Gill envisions the acting challenge of a lifetime in the desperate predicament of a boy friend Jonathan Cooper, being framed for her husband's murder by a flamboyant stage star Charlotte Inwood. To prove Jonathan's innocence and Charlotte's guilt, Eve impersonates a maid and goes to work for Charlotte. For Eve, undercover work is like playing a game, but she's about to encounter other actors who are playing for keeps.
