Title changes: 1856, The Cincinnatus; edited by the faculty of Farmer's college, College Hill, Ohio; 1857-1860, The Cincinnatus; devoted to scientific agriculture, horticulture, education and improvement of rural taste; 1861- , The Cincinnatus and journal of the American patent company. In Jan. 1861 the American patent company assumed publication of the Cincinnatus and united it with the Journal which had been announced to succeed the Scientific artisan.
