Abstract:
When the president of the United States is kidnapped by aliens and replaced with a clone, the police call on the Marshal of the International Security Force, before they clone the rest of the world's leaders. He heads to Vegan, which is run by an evil doctor and inhabited by aliens who have learned to speak English by watching television and talking like different Hollywood movie stars. Can they find the real president and return to Earth with him?
