I started this diet 30 days ago, and I am down 23 pounds. The first cycle was very hard, as there was a big restriction on what I could eat, but I stuck with it, figuring I can do anything for 17 days. I'm glad I did... I lost 17 pounds in 17 days! I also began exercising...
