The first Democrat to announce his candidacy for the Presidency in 1976 discusses his political plans and comments on the probability of a multiple-ballot Democratic convention (recorded Nov. 25, 1974, in Washington, D.C.) -- The man who served as President Ford's press secretary for a short period discusses his reasons for resigning, his opinion of Ford and the early days of the Ford administration, and the future role of Vice President Rockefeller (recorded Nov. 19, 1974, in New York City) -- Political analyst Ben Wattenberg reviews the 1974 elections, attributing the Democrats' gains primarily to the state of the economy, with Watergate a contributing factor (recorded Nov. 5, 1974, in Washington, D.C.) -- Convicted Watergate figure E. Howard Hunt discusses his part in the Watergate and Ellsberg break-ins and his previous service as a CIA agent, where he was conditioned to obey orders without questions, whatever their moral justification (recorded Nov. 18, 1974, in New York City)
