An overview of attention deficit disorder, a uniquely individual problem, produced primarily for parents. A series of five parallel vignettes, the video explains how A.D.D. affects the family, learning, working and self esteem. Though frequently misdiagnosed A.D.D., when discovered can force parents to begin to understand, decide choose and cope. A national support group, CHADD, which stands for Children with Attention Deficit Disorder, has been beneficial to many. Successful adults with A.D.D. are portrayed positively.
