The records consist of exhibition files from the Office of the Registrar, the Curatorial Department, and the Director's Office. Also included are records created by the Registrar's office to document the details of installation, shipping and conservation activity, such as: checklists, greensheets, plot plans, condition reports and correspondence. Curatorial correspondence is extensive and relates to the production of the catalogue, research and selection of works for the exhibition, the traveling exhibition, and the purchase of Wagner's works for the permanent collection. Correspondence of the Director's office and Curatorial Administration concerns solicitation of venues for the traveling exhibit.
