Abstract:
Dramatizes events described in letters between Henry Laurens, a South Carloinian patriot and president of the First Continental Congress, and his son, John, a soldier in the Continental Army. Focuses on John's experiences as a soldier, as well as on battle maneuvers and political intrigue during the American Revolution.
