Probably printed at Boston by Samuel T. Armstrong, printer of the Panoplist, and missionary magazine united, who printed many of the early proceedings of the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions. Extracts from these proceedings, including the address, were printed by Armstrong in the Sept. 1810 issue of the Panoplist, p. 181-184.
"The following address and form of subscription were then prepared, read, and adopted, viz."--Page 6-[8].
