My thoughts: This is an adorable book about a common problem – that is, that awful sensation in your nose that builds up when you feel a sneeze coming on, but then it gets stuck and you’re left with a tickly, itchy-sorta-feeling nose. The pictures are beautifully expressive and colorful, and clearly show a poor little lamb in a particularly difficult predicament because he cannot finish his sneeze. Helpful friends come up with all kinds of ideas, from sprinkling pepper in front of a fan so that the pepper blows on him, to a hen tickling his nose with her feather. And the whole book rhymes superbly.
