Summary:	Counter (Duncan) tends the counter in a coffee shop owned by Dave Allen (Kessel), where he chats with old Charlie (Cox) and "signs in" various people (Sowers, Morrow, Wilcox) who occasionally pass through and disappear into a mysterious back room. This daily routine changes when a girl (Kelleghan) comes in asking for a waitressing job.
