For the third time, the folks at Hyperwerks have put out another exciting book and once again they have not disappointed their fans. In fact this new book is 36 pages long (as opposed to the standard 24) and is action packed from cover to cover.

Rostam's latest adventure: "Battle with the Deevs" takes place immediately after Rostam unknowingly slays his son Sohrab. After giving his son a fitting burial, Rostam becomes enraged and depressed and seeks forgiveness. Meanwhile, Afrasiab and the Great White Deev continue to plot against the King and his protectors.

After managing to overcome his own demons, and one of the White Deev's key henchmen, Rostam is reborn and I must say, I LOVE his new look. Karl's art is getting better and better with every issue, and the new darker looking coloring is very cool. Rostam then goes onto to mentor and love Siavash, fight battles against the Turanian army, and finally clash against the Great White Deev himself.

Another instant classic!
