Includes letters from Winchester's son-in-law, Thomas Gray Bennett (1845-1930), to his wife, Hannah Jane (Winchester) Bennett (d. 1920), in New Haven, describing business and pleasure trips throughout the U.S., and Europe in the late 19th-early 20th centuries; correspondence, diaries, scrapbook, and other papers of their daughter-in-law, Susan Silliman (Wright) Bennett (1876-1965, wife of Winchester Bennett); correspondence and articles relating to the Winchester Mystery House (later a museum), a residence constructed by Sarah Pardee Winchester (1837-1922) in San Jose, Calif.; and other papers.
