A very interesting book about the Jewish Resistance during World War II. The acts of courage by the Jewish people to save their children and their future are riveting. For those interested in World War II history this book gives an inside view of the resistance that is pretty much untold in history books. The steps taken by a group of people that will not be broken and will not give up is amazing. The courage it took to save their children by sending them away and fighting the Nazis with very little support from the outside is overwhelming. This book is a must read for anyone interested in history. An exceptional book for high school.
