Abstract:

This program deals with two difficult feelings in competition: jealousy and disappointment. Chef Brockett visits and is sad because he lost a cake-decorating contest. When asked if he had a good time, Chef Brockett says that he did and that he learned a lot about decorating. Chef Brockett says he wanted to win so that it would show that he is the best at something. In Make-Believe, Big Bird comes for a visit and explains to Henrietta that he's just passing through and could never take her place, and that X the Owl will always be her best friend and closest neighbor. Mr. Rogers talks about how people who love each other can get jealous sometimes. He talks about how one will never take another's place.
