I read this book within one day. I have been reading many books latley for a school project, and wanted to find a really good one. So I read this, and decided on it. It is the best book i have read in awhile, and i DO NOT agree with people saying that everyone is a sex crazed lunatic. Annette shows the characters with passion and poise for who they are and what they believe in. Anything less for these beautiful Loup Garux would have been a waste.

AND might I add that the movie was a waste of space. Nothing is similar to the book, in any way. Vivian can draw, NOT Adrian ( who she does not end up with in the end, because he hates her and tries to kill her, even when she saves his lazy ass...) and she falls for Gabriel, who is NOT a jerk, but the sweetest man possible. I do believe he is 'playerish' because of what had happened to his first love. He doesnt want to go through the pain of losing someone again, so he doesnt get attached. But Vivian changes that, and he begins to fall for her while she goes of with Adrian.

But the end is a good one: Adrian is never seen again, Gabriel and Vivian end up together, Astrid dies, and Esme becomes less of a whore.

THE END :) <3
