WorldCat's description says this album is in Spanish; not true: Lydia Gray sings these songs in English, translated from the original Portuguese (Portuguese is the language of Brazil, not Spanish).
There are many covers of the songs of Antonio Carlos Jobim; most are routine. These arrangements by Ed Eastridge, as interpreted by Lydia Gray, are remarkably good, and faithful to the spirit, as well as the letter of the origiinals.
