There are two issues of v. 3 known to exist, the index being of different type settings. One issue has the index on [5] p. printed in double columns, with 18 lines of "Emendanda" following. Another issue has the index on [4] p. printed in three columns, with 38 lines of "Addenda & Emendanda" following. HRC has a copy of each issue. Copy 1 is the first issue described, copy 2 is the other issue.
