"The whole of the Plates in this book have been engraved by Hallett Hyatt, of 111 Oxford Street, London. All the photographs have been taken by him, and the whole of the hand-coloured facsimiles were painted under his surpevision. The book has been printed at the Chiswick Press. The Index has been prepared by Miss Lillian Mackie."
Frontispiece in two states; title in red and black. Each plate is accompanied by guard sheet with descriptive letterpress.
Bound in green crushed Levant, with brass ornaments, clasps and medallion set with amethyst. The lining is of crushed Levant, inlaid, with good tooling. In velvet lined box.
