Collation of each v.: v. 1 [=v.14 of the Animal kingdom]: viii, 570 p.; v. 2 [=v. 15 of the Animal kingdom]: [iii], 680, 681*-684*, 681-796 p.; the 141 leaves of plates (including one plate numbered as 83*)--were issued scattered throughout the two volumes, not in numerical order; their intended placement is given in the List of plates in v. 1, p. [v]-viii.
Some of the plates are signed "I.O. Westwood del."
