Abstract:
"One night on the Bayou": Alligators point the way to murder in Louisiana's swampland. "Killer in the county": Ten years after the murders of three women, a detective extracts DNA from a suspect. "Frozen in time": A 23-year-old motorist pulls over on the side of the California freeway to fix a tire then disappears without a trace. "A map to murder": After a newspaper reporter pens a story about one of six slain prostitutes, the murderer sends a map marking another victim's location. "The Zodiac killer": Second in notoriety only to Jack the Ripper, the mystery of this killing spree still haunts investigators.
