The Voyager videodisc of Confidential report runs 97 minutes, 32 seconds (the videodisc jacket gives 99 minutes) while the Z Channel broadcast copy of Mr. Arkadin (which Lucas was using for comparison) runs 91 minutes, 38 seconds.
