I had no idea what I was getting when I first picked up this book. The back cover was enticing enough for me break it open after a long day of work. I intended to entertain my brain just enough to help me wind down and fall asleep, but before I knew it I was deep into the story. The novel has everything you could ask for in a good story, yet it's so different from the run-of-the-mill book that it leaves a lasting impression.

I wouldn't think you could mix humor, action, political satire, dead bodies, and teenage mischief in the same story without ending up with a huge mess, but somehow this author has this recipe down to a science. It all intertwines perfectly to create a read that is immensely entertaining with a pace that is constantly changing as the plot develops.

An extra bonus for attentive readers is the underlying message and hidden clues. As cliche as it sounds, this is a book I could not put down, and before I knew it I had read through the night. I can't remember the last time I have been this content with a book. I can't wait for the movie!
